Girls Year 6 cricket

Year 6 girls entered into the cricket tournament held at Garon’s Park.

It was a cold and windy day but this didn’t suppress our girls enthusiasm. They worked well as a team and showed great over arm bowling skills.

Team Darlinghurst played 2 tournament games in the morning and lost by 12 points and only 1 point showing how hard they all worked. The team then continued to play friendly games in the afternoon.

When the girls were waiting for their turn in batting, they found a way of entertaining themselves and us as the photos show.
