Year 3 to Belfairs Woods

Pelican and Hummingbird classes ventured to Belfairs Woods on Tuesday for a day of science, geography, art and teambuilding. Brilliant organised by the Outdoor Learning Team, the children had a fantastic (and exhausting) day exploring  the natural environment.

Activities such as geocaching, journey sticks, sensory walks, building habitats and sculptures were undertaken to build on our  topic, “Are Bugs Important?”.
